U.S. EPA Endangerment Finding on GHGs

EPA today finalized the endangerment and “cause or contribute” findings under Section 202 of the Clean Air Act, concluding that six greenhouse gas, “taken in combination endanger both the public health
and the public welfare of current and future generations.”
